Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence.
• Managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing efforts.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create engaging content for various digital platforms.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifying new digital technologies and trends, implementing these innovations in developing projects.
• Managing the company's online content, ensuring it aligns with our branding and customer engagement goals.
• Engaging with our online community and responding to customer queries on digital platforms.
• Collaborating with external agencies and vendor partners when necessary.

Requirements:

• Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
