BMC (known as, bun makkhan chai) is a fast food takeaway kiosk with the combination of old style street-side food experience with a new modern and contemporary environment. It’s a combo of great food and nostalgia which is a reminiscence of childhood for a lot of people.
Our brief was to design a complete corporate identity and brand imagery that represent the old style of street food in India. The brand demanded an up-market feel for its kiosks and restaurants which grabs the attention of youth such as teenagers and college-goers.
As a result, we developed the complete identity from scratch. A contemporary brand theme with bright and cool colors was used to get just the right feel of mouth-watering staple Indian street food with a modernized touch.
